"Al was so helpful over the phone. When he came to my home he was professional and came prepared with the parts that were needed. He determined I needed a new control box. He quickly installed it and I had water! I will definitely call him again if I have trouble and I will recommend him to family and friends! "

"We slowly lost pressure then nothing. I called Al, who gave me some things to try myself so I did and no luck so I called him back and he was able to come an hour later with a little more troubleshooting we confirmed it was the pump, after a professional replacement we had running water a couple hours later. I was very pleased with the service provided and would recommend A&R to al my friends!"

"My home water pump quit on a Sunday so I called Al , who was recommended by a friend, and over the phone he gave me suggestions which worked and the pump started up. No charge. How about that for service! I had no previous contact with this company but would recommend them to anyone based on this experience. "
